Our CNC turret punching machines

Profile Dynamix has three CNC turret punch machines, all manufactured by Amada. The Vipros 357, Vela II 355 and Aries 222 machines punch a variety of holes, slots and squares in a range of sheet metal and up to 6mm plate steel.

Our three AMADA turret punch machines offer reliable high-speed processing while reducing secondary costs.

Amada Vipros 357

Hydraulic machine with fast processing times using a punch ‘hover’ method. It has 58 tool stations, including 2 auto-index stations.

Amada Vela II 355

A very competent machine with the ever-reliable Fanuc 6M controller. This machine features a 40 station thin turret.

Amada Aries 222

Good functionality and quick setup for rapid prototyping and smaller jobs.
